One-off tiers
One-off jobs are for occasional one-time productions. Before payment, BatesNumbers matches an eligible job to the lowest available tier that supports the uploaded document count, pages per document, and total page count.
You can upload files, configure Bates numbering, review options, and preview sample output before paying for final processing.

How matching works
BatesNumbers checks document count, pages per document, and total pages per job, then offers the lowest one-off tier that can support the upload. If the job exceeds the available one-off limits, the workflow stops before payment and shows available options for larger productions.

Use an account for recurring or larger work
Account plans are better for larger jobs, saved Bates defaults, repeated productions, monthly capacity, and team workflows.
